At Nha Terra, we carefully prepare and ship every order with attention and care. Below you’ll find all information regarding our shipping process.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In that case, we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery takes approximately:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or customs processing).

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Delays

Nha Terra is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. However, if your order seems significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Nha Terra cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
